Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return/exchange your item must be unused, with packaging still on and in the same condition that you received it.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted on original artwork, stickers, or paper prints.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will also notify you if your return has been rejected.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return & Exchange Shipping:
Pencils and Pines provides prepaid return labels. Return label charges will be taken out of your refund total. You will be emailed a prepaid shipping label for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges will be charged for the shipping of both the returned and exchanged products. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
